I wanted to express my sympathy and concern again to all the residents of Chirk and the surrounding area about the air quality problems that they have experienced over the last days due to the fire at Kronospan.
Today I fulfilled my promise to voters in Clwyd South by voting, for the first time as a new MP, for the Second Reading in parliament of the EU Withdrawal Agreement Bill which passed by a majority of 124.
My first full day in Parliament today representing the people of Clwyd South as their MP. Lots to learn and a busy week in prospect with the Queen’s Speech and the start of work on the Brexit legislation. The day culminated in a photograph of us 109 new Conservative MPs with the Prime Minister.
