I am very proud to have supported Macmillan Cancer Care at a recent event they held at the House of Commons and to post this photo on the day before my mother’s funeral after her death from lung cancer on 7th January.
Fortunately she suffered very little in her last days but countless other cancer sufferers, including my father John and my father-in-law Sydney, benefited hugely from the dedicated care and support of Macmillan and Marie Curie in their last days. We cannot thank the cancer workforce enough.
